Assessing Ethics Risk and  Psychological Safety

Organisations face increasing pressure to strengthen ethical resilience and foster psychologically safe workplaces. This two-day course empowers leaders, ethics officers, and risk professionals to embed integrity-driven systems and support environments where individuals feel safe, valued, and heard.

Day 1 focuses on conducting effective Ethics Risk Assessments (ERA) aligned with governance principles such as King IV. Participants will explore ethics management frameworks, learn how to identify and analyse ethical risks, and develop structured, long-term ethics strategies with clear accountability, reporting mechanisms, and implementation timelines.

Day 2 explores the vital role of psychological safety in creating high-trust, high-performance cultures. The session offers practical tools to identify and address toxic behaviours, strengthen emotional intelligence, improve conflict resolution, and support employee wellbeing. Leaders will walk away with a toolkit to foster ethical decision-making, promote mental health, and create environments that encourage speaking up and accountability.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to lead organisation-wide ethics interventions, strengthen workplace wellness, and embed a culture of integrity and psychological safety that drives long-term success.
