Ethics in the Workplace Training Course

Governance is built on ethical and transparent leadership. The tone at the top is critical leading into the uncertainties in the future. The Ethics Training orientates participants on the role and responsibilities of governing bodies for the ethics of the organisations that they govern. The aim for this programme is to equip delegates with relevant Ethics knowledge and skills that will enable them to identify and deal with ethical problems developing their moral intuitions, which are implicit in everyday choices and actions.
Course Outcomes:
On completion of the above-mentioned training the trainees are expected to have knowledge of or perform the following:
• Explain the concept of personal ethics in relation to the moral compass
• The role of leadership in governing ethics performance
• Aspects of effective ethics management
• Codes, policies and Ethics Reporting
• Being ethical 'when nobody is looking'
• Ethical concept and principles in procurement
• Ethics Risk assessment

• The programme is facilitated by a competent subject matter specialist/s, who utilises the following techniques to ensure that the session is practical and experiential: Discussion; Role Plays; Exercises & Case Studies; Simulations and learner assessment.
