Governance is built on ethical and transparent leadership. The tone at the top is critical leading into the uncertainties in the future. The Ethics Training orientates participants on the role and responsibilities of governing bodies for the ethics of the organisations that they govern. The aim for this programme is to equip delegates with relevant Ethics knowledge and skills that will enable them to identify and deal with ethical problems developing their moral intuitions, which are implicit in everyday choices and actions.
