The application of good network leadership and management during crises contributes to the development of individual competencies as well as institutional capacity to practice network leadership after the crisis under more stable conditions. In this way good leadership and management in networks can also contribute to dealing with resilient and continuous societal problems such as poverty, inequality and unemployment which links to sustained other related community problems.
