Managing burnout in the workplace

Online training (104 participants in the last quarter) to several construction companies on the effect of burnout in the workplace. Burnout has become the issue of today, with suicide rates growing day-by-day. The effect of the construction mafia is now measurable.

Monthly mindfulness courses in person – Elna and Elize running workshops in Melkbosstrand.

Our CPD-psych platform runs courses on Burnout, Narcissism and Mindfulness on a continuous basis – more than 2000 participants over the last 12-month cycle.

Our new PsyCampus will launch soon with the business in a box for recent graduates.  Our coaching platform InnerEdge will also be online in August 2025.
